At GreenerPro, we offer complete solutions that can include all equipment and machinery necessary for an entire biodiesel production plant. The production range is from 1000 L to 24.000 L per day. These processors are built for full flexibility concerning raw material and process. GreenerPro Biodiesel Processors are adapted to handle animal fats and fish oils (also UCO or WCO) with an FFA percentage up to 15%. They are designed for use as a batch process with an acid esterification step and an alkaline trans-esterification step with water free washing and methanol recovery. The acid esterification increases the yield as the Free Fatty Acids turns into biodiesel instead of being wasted as soap. If the intended feedstock does not have an acceptable quality, GreenerPro offers many different kinds of pre-treatment systems.

Short Technical Description

GreenerPro Biodiesel Processors are optionally monitored and controlled from a touch screen located on the processor.

The process is run by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that controls the process parameters, sequences and time intervals. All GreenerPro Biodiesel Processors are delivered with a Batch Control System (BCS) that saves all processing data for 365 days.

On GreenerPro processors all raw material and biodiesel wetted parts are made of stainless steel to ensure long lifetime.

GreenerPro processors are composed of different types of stainless steel tanks; one pre- heating tank; one or more tanks constructed to work under pressure and vacuum for pre-treatment and reaction, one or more Methanol recovery tanks.

All rotating equipment e.g. the biodiesel separator comes from the largest manufacturers in the world with service locally almost anywhere in the world.

All components are mounted on a steel frame.

Biodiesel filtrates in two steps in order to avoid problems with fuel filters.

Additional equipment and support

GreenerPro offers all equipments necessary in the process of oil extraction, from the storage of seeds to the finished feedstock oil.

We have a standardised setup for pressing and cleaning of oils including presses, filtration, oil cleaning and control system.

If needed, we provide our customers with chemicals consumables and spare parts.

We can also offer you our help with applications, drawings of your site, project management, service agreements etc.
